Reviews and Ratings
We had a magical winter getaway at this resort! The beautiful decorations and breathtaking outdoor scenery made our experience feel enchanting. However, the limited dining options during the off-season and some construction nearby led to a less enjoyable stay than anticipated.
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is truly a unique escape that offers an abundance of activities for all ages, making it great for families and couples alike. The staff embodies exceptional customer service and make you feel valued, although there were moments when I felt they could have been more proactive. The dining options, particularly at Lautrec, were outstanding, creating memorable meals. However, the prices might feel steep for some, especially if you're indulging in multiple activities.
Nemacolin Woodland Resort is a stunning destination with captivating grounds and a wealth of unique activities for guests of all ages. The luxurious accommodations and high-quality spa treatments are major highlights, while the attentive staff consistently cater to individual needs. However, be prepared for some hiccups regarding billing accuracy and dining options, as well as construction noise that impacted our experience during the stay.
My experience at this resort was a mix of highs and lows. While I found the accommodations to be luxurious and enjoyed the spa treatments immensely, the dining options were not quite up to par, especially given the prices. The location had beautiful grounds, but I wished for more tranquil walks. If you enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, this place may be your jam, but if you're after a quiet retreat, you might want to keep searching.
